Covering an area of no less than 6 hectares, KIFT GARDEN EVENTS | Medgidia is a multifunctional complex dedicated to events, relaxation and outdoor experiences, conceived as a large, spectacular and well articulated ensemble. The architecture takes on the elegance of ancient Rome, the landscape has a strong presence throughout, and the entire project builds a generous setting for indoor and outdoor events on a rare scale.
The identity of the complex starts from the classical Italian register, with obvious references to the architecture of ancient Rome. The arches, the rhythm of the facades, the relationship between full and empty, the fountains, statues and symmetrical compositions give the complex a sober, well-proportioned elegance. It is not a literal reproduction of the historical vocabulary, but a careful adaptation to a contemporary, large-scale program that demands both representation and functional fluidity.
The buildings are placed in relation to each other so that the whole complex has coherence, perspective and rhythm. Nothing seems haphazardly placed. The volumes are carefully distributed, the circulation is well proportioned, and the distances between functions maintain a feeling of openness. The ensemble breathes widely but remains tidy. It is precisely this discipline that gives the project strength and prevents it from feeling crowded, even though the program is very extensive.
A special aspect is the image of the complex from the air. Some customers arrive here by small aircraft or helicopter, so the design took this perspective into account. The position of the buildings, the geometry of the roads, the plant paths and the water's shimmering surface make the design recognizable from above. Seen from above, the complex does not visually fall apart, but becomes even more expressive.
KIFT GARDEN EVENTS has been designed to accommodate four event halls and up to 1800 people, without the space becoming stuffy or impersonal. Such capacity requires not only square meters, but also precision in the distribution of flows, access and support areas. For this reason, the complex's infrastructure is treated as carefully as the architecture itself.
The complex has 200 parking spaces, two helipads and a special runway for drones and small aircraft. Car access is fluid, generous and well integrated into the overall composition, without dominating the site's image. Road and pedestrian circulation is cleverly separated and the parking lots are accompanied by planting and green inserts to soften their presence.
One of the great advantages of the complex is its openness to both indoor and outdoor events. Here, the landscape is not an afterthought, but a natural part of the event scenario. Ceremonies, receptions, photo shoots and relaxation areas can be distributed between lounges, gardens, alleyways, the water's edge and rest areas. It's this alternation that makes the whole ensemble so inviting.
In addition to its main function as an event hall, the complex includes a food court, park areas, children's playgrounds, relaxation areas and 10 independent booths that can be rented. All of these components extend the life of the complex beyond the logic of a single event and transform it into a place that can be experienced at multiple paces and in multiple ways.
One of the strongest qualities of the project is the way in which the vegetation participates in the image of the ensemble. The gardens, tree lines, rhythmic planting, curved alleys, shaded areas and wide lawns do not timidly accompany the architecture, but give it atmosphere and depth. The complex has a lot of greenery, but not in a decorative sense or in unmeasured abundance. Vegetation is carefully proportioned and used to open perspectives, mark paths and create places of respite.
This relationship between building and nature supports the Italian vein of the project very well. Classical architecture needs light, openness and greenery to maintain its elegance. In this case, the greenery softens the mineral lines of the buildings, and the composition takes on a more lightness. The ensemble doesn't look stiff or overly solemn. It has a certain nobility, but also a readiness to relax, to stroll, to relax.
Children's playgrounds, small rental cottages and rest areas are tactfully integrated into this green geography. None of these functions breaks the flow or disturbs the harmony of the whole. On the contrary, each complements the idea of a place that offers more than an event location.
In the Italian spirit of the whole project, the complex also includes a Lamborghini-style café. This insertion brings energy, contrast and a well-placed dose of personality. It is that bolder accent that enlivens the composition without upsetting its balance.

The project included the restoration and reconstruction of historic buildings, which were carefully integrated into the new complex. This layer adds density to the ensemble and gives it a more subtle connection to the memory of place. The new and the old do not compete, but complement each other in a natural way.
The INFINITY lounge is one of the most interesting examples. Housed in a historic former barn, the space retains some of the character of the original building, but takes it into an elegant, bright and very expressive area. The roof can be opened, which completely changes the relationship between inside and outside and allows the event to take place under the open sky, in a direct relationship with the surrounding nature.
The interior takes Mediterranean and classical cues, but its strength lies above all in its connection with the whole. There is no break between what is outside and what is inside. The complex maintains the same architectural direction and sensitivity to the landscape, whatever the scale.
KIFT GARDEN EVENTS | Medgidia is a large-scale project, but also with a lot of rigor in its composition. Classical architecture, vegetation, water, infrastructure and complementary functions build a spectacular ensemble, well proportioned and rare in scale. A place that can support large events without losing its elegance and that draws its strength precisely from the way architecture and nature support each other.
